Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

No refund and return is accepted for any cosmetic situation, that does not affect the function of the products at the time of delivery.

Our wheel balancer product contains a usage counter, which is visible for one second when the product is turned on, according to the quick guide leaflet, delivered with the purchases.

This count is at time of delivery, indicating that the product is new and with a final quality test. The usage counter is encrypted and is not erasable or can be manipulated.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with a usage counter of and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • That has any cosmetic changes that does not affect the functions at time of purchase
  • Consumable accessories in the category Consumables
  • Software products in the category Software

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase recieved from us at time of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us before an return form has been received from us.

There are certain situations where partial or no refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Wheel balancers with a usage counter above 10.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Seller’s error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Unauthorized product software manipulation, alternation or changes will make all warranty and returns void.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Warranty

For EU customers, there is a law binding 24-month right of complaint; this means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
The complaint must be made within a reasonable time and documented in detail with pictures and explanation to support@gravibal. We believe that reasonable time is within 30 days. It is advisable to send a video of the problem and product before asking for Warranty rights.
The product label must be intact and is necessary for identification,
and notification of the product’s serial number must be sent to support@gravibal.com.
Reasonable shipping costs in case of warranty is justified are refunded when making a complaint/return through customer service.

For worldwide customers, a warranty commitment to repair the product through the customer service applies based on calculated reasonable costs determined based on the description and video of the product problem.

It is advisable to send a video of the problem and product before asking for Warranty rights.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be added to your refund in case of Warranty is granted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
